What is Our Return Policy?
We want you to love your Threadz Studio purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for store credit.
Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
How Do I Start a Return?

Be sure to attach the following:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for the return
Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.
Can I Exchange an Item?
The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original item for store credit. This ensures you receive the correct size and your product arrives as quickly as possible.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- In resalable condition
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
If your item came with tags, they must still be attached.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
- Limited-release items marked as final sale
- Items returned outside the 30-day return window
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A defective item
- A damaged item
- An incorrect item sent by us
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Threadz Studio is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Refunds
Approved returns will be issued as Threadz Studio store credit after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to this Return Policy.

Due to the limited nature of some Threadz Studio releases, certain exclusive drops may be marked as Final Sale. These items will not be eligible for return or store credit.
