How Long Will My Order Take?

Total shipping time depends on the option you choose at checkout. Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days before being processed for shipping. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high-volume periods.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all DOMESTIC orders over $120 CAD. Shipping costs for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During new releases, sales, and holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.

If an order has already shipped, we may be unable to make changes. If the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply.

International Orders

International shipping times typically range from 7–21 business days.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Threadz Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of:

  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged item(s)

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Threadz Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a carrier claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our Return Policy & shipping costs for the return.
